Spain: tax amnesty – clarification report from General Directorate of Taxes published

The State Tax Agency published the report of the General Directorate of Taxes of
29 June 2012, clarifying certain aspects of the tax amnesty introduced by Royal Decree-law 12/2012 of 30 March 2012.

The report gives answers to the most common issues put forward by tax advisors by answering 17 different questions covering those issues.
