Colombia’s Central Bank modifies exchange regulation to change foreign currency loan and declaration rules [TAX ALERT]

Colombia’s Central Bank issued External Resolution 3 of 2013 (the Resolution) on 22 February 20131. The Resolution amended External Resolution 8 of 2000 by changing the foreign currency loan and declaration rules.

Additionally, the Resolution amended the Central Bank’s External Regulatory Circular DCIN-83.
