Luxembourg adopts tax changes for 2013 [TAX ALERT]

On 13 December 2012, the Luxembourg Parliament adopted two laws that amend the individual income tax, corporate income tax and net worth tax laws. The laws were published in the Luxembourg official gazette on 28 December 2012 and the changes apply as from the tax year 2013.

The amendments aim to reduce the budget deficit, while retaining Luxembourg’s business-friendly tax climate.
