Mexico’s R&D cash benefit extended for 2013 [TAX ALERT]

Although research and development (R&D) incentives were eliminated as part of Mexico’s 2010 tax reform, funds again have been allocated by the legislature to extend R&D grant programs to provide direct tax cash subsidies for qualified R&D projects undertaken in 2013.
