New Czech-Luxembourg tax treaty signed [TAX ALERT]

Representatives from the Czech Republic and Luxembourg signed an income tax treaty (the treaty) on 5 March 2013. Once in force (not earlier than 1 January 2014), it will replace the 1991 Czechoslovakia-Luxembourg income tax treaty.
