US: IRS LB&I issues Competent Authority Statistics [TAX ALERT]

On 14 March 2013, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) released the Large Business & International (LB&I) Division Competent Authority Statistics for the fiscal year ended 30 September 2012.1 As of February 2012, the IRS’s Competent Authority and Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) Programs were merged into the newly-created Advance Pricing and Mutual Agreement Program (APMA).
